Shea Olinger LMBT, RYT, Herbalist

I began studying the body’s intelligence and plants while in college at the University of North Florida. A deep fascination with anatomy, physiology and botanical healing inspired me to follow the path of alternative medicine and pursue a holistic healing education. For the past seven years I have devoted myself to learning various massage & bodywork modalities, herbalism through self-study and mentorship, permaculture and organic gardening, energy healing, yoga as medicine, trauma informed therapy, nutrition and vibrant regenerative living.

The work I offer as a licensed massage therapist (LMBT #14590) is intuitive, yet technical. Skillful, yet organic.

By blending techniques from many different massage and bodywork modalities a nurturing, grounding and therapeutic treatment is created. These modalities include Swedish and “Lomi Lomi” like strokes, Deep Tissue work, Myofacial release, Trigger Point Therapy, Thai Yoga Massage and CranioSacral Therapy. Currently I am planning a trip overseas to Thailand to further study Thai Yoga Massage, Womblifting and herbal medicine with a traditional Thai doctor.

All treatments are individually tailored to meet your needs at time of appointment. My hope is that this work ignites a deeper sense of body-awareness for my clients and assists the healing process.

It would be an honor to work with you!
